
The Power Development Department known for sending faulty bills to the customers is once again being accused of doing so, this time, though by the paramilitary troopers, Central Reserve Police Force.
The huge bill for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) battalion in Kashmir in crores comes as a surprise.
The CRPF 181 Battalion center in Kashmir received a combined bill of Rs 1.5 crore, which surprised the Battalion officers.
Responding to this, CRPF officer Zulfiqar Hassan explained that such a large amount of electricity bill was due to a technical fault.
He said he had lodged a complaint with the Kashmir Electricity Authority.
