A CRPF personnel allegedly strangled his wife to death in the Sherbagh camp of Anantnag town in South Kashmir on Monday.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that a CRPF personel identified as Shankar Nayak belt no:185210073 Son of Raman Nayak who is a resident of Tumkur district in Karnataka and is from the 40th Battalion C coy strangled his wife to death.
Shankar was deployed at Andar Naag camp of Sherbagh in Anantnag town and was residing at the residential quarters of CRPF inside the camp.
