DC Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi ud din Bhat has setup 24X7 Interactive voice response(IVR) for grievances or COVID-19 queries under the name of “Madadgaar”, to provide help to the people of Kulgam district battling coronavirus.
The Kulgam district administration has released the helpline number across the district, with an aim to effectively fight the spread of Coronavirus.
