Delhi High court bench of Justice S Muralidhar & Vinod Goel on Wednesday granted bail to Zahoor Ahmad Shah (Watali) and directed him to furnish a personal bail bond of Rs 2 lakh rupees with two surety of same amount & submit his passport.
Zahoor had been arrested by NIA last year in August and was lodged in Tihar jail since his arrest.
Earlier Photojournalist Kamran Yousuf and a Kulgam youth Javed Ahmad Bhat who were also arrested by the NIA were granted bail by the court earlier this year.
Others still under detention after being arrested by NIA include Shabir Shah and Nayeem Khan.
