
A doctor died due to a massive cardiac arrest in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday afternoon.
Chief medical officer Anantnag, Mukhtar Ahmad Shah told that the doctor namely Aashiq Hussain from Lal Bazar area of Srinagar suffered a massive cardiac arrest at his clinic in Anantnag town who was posted at Shangus Public Health Centre (PHC) IN Anantnag.
He said that Ashiq was immediately shifted to Government Medical College Anantnag where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
