A family from Wadwan Budgam alleged that their daughter died in Sub District Hospital Tangmarg due to doctors negligence.
Reports reaching The Kashmiriyat said that the deceased patient delivered a baby last night and was fine.
A relative of the deceased lady spoke to media personnel outside the hospital, alleging medical negligence said that “doctors did not treat the woman for 16 hours and kept saying that she was fine and was, in fact, feigning sickness.”
While appealing for justice, he said “I want justice. We do not need such doctors in our society. The lady was killed due to medical negligence and police official too is a witness to the cruelty.”
An eyewitness who spoke to the media said that the blood sugar level of the deceased had dipped. “The doctors scrolled through their phones instead of attending her,” he said.
When The Kashmiriyat tried to get details from the concerned Block Medical Officer, “I am on medical leave,” she told The Kashmiriyat on an Online messaging Application.
