An earthquake of 3.4 magnitude hit Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday morning, with no damages or casualties reported owing to the quake.
As per the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake was 3.4 in magnitude and its epicentre was at a depth of 50 kilometres in the north Kashmir’s Bandipora area.
The earthquake took place at 10:31:16 IST according to the NCS.
However, there were no reports of any damage incurred as the fragile structures remains susceptible to the minor tremors. (KDC)
