Amid the resurge of covid cases throughout India, Muslims from Mandideep area in Rasen district of Madhya Pradesh’s have converted 5-acres of Eidgah land and one greater premises to installation Covid Care centre.
According to reports, the eid Gah has been converted int a 100-bed covid facility and any other location close to a graveyard may be used for 60 beds.
Nearly three dozen volunteers have been readied at the centre for helping out people, Haji Sohail Khan stated, adding, “It is as much as district management to apply the distance as Covid Care Centre, a vaccination centre or for whatever to fight pandemic,” he added.
The District collector of Raisen appreciating the initiative said that he has blanketed the location in his listing and could tell them while needed.
