Taking a jab at the election commission of India (ECI), the PDP Chief and Former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, while taking to twitter has said that ECI is it’s in deep slumber like Kumbhkaran.
Kumbhkaran is a mythological character for Ramayana who was the brother of antogonist of the Ramayana- Ravana, and is said to have been sleeping most of time.

The former BJP ally was reacting to remarks of a BJP minister who had said that Rahul Gandhi should be tied to a bomb and send to another country.
