Empty Streets of Srinagar before ‘Abrogation Anniversary’

The streets of Srinagar ring with a stony silence with empty roads and shut down shops a day before the revocation of article 370 of India’s Constitution, turns one year old.
With minimum people out on the streets with, a pandemic as well as the loss of special status and statehood, Kashmir is eerily quiet, waiting for 5th August, the anniversary of the abrogation.
