An encounter has started between militants and Government forces at Pandoshan area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A Police official said that on Monday RR of the Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police after receiving inputs about militant presence in the area laid a cordon and search operation in the Pandoshan area.
During the cordon, the hiding Militants opened fire on the troopers triggering an encounter.
As per the latest reports, two to three militants are trapped at the site of the enounter.
