Encounter Rages in Hajin- Third of the Day

An encounter has ragged between Militants and Government Forces at Mir Mohallah in Hajin town in North Kashmir’s Bandipora District.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 13 RR of Indian army and Jammu Kashmir Police had jointly launched a search operation in the area on Thursday morning.

The entry and exit points were blocked as the operation was launched.



Massive gunshots are being heard in the area, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.

Officials confirmed that a contact had been established with the Militants.

Meanwhile two encounter between Militants and Government Forces are going on at Baramulla District in North Kashmir.

Mobile internet services have been snapped in the Hajin area of Bandipora.
