An Encounter started between militants & forces at Mandoora area of Tral in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District on Tuesday.
Militants had earlier attacked army vehicle of 42 RR at Mandoora village of south Kashmir’s Tral sub-district, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
Immediately the troops cordoned off the area and the hiding Militants opened fire on the troopers triggering an encounter.
As per initial reports available to The Kashmiriyat 2 to 3 militants are likely to be trapped.
A heavy exchange of fire was going on when this report being filed.
