The Apni Party has issued a show cause notice to its chief spokesperson, Muntazir Mohiuddin, following his support to National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah for the Budgam assembly segment.
Mohiuddin has been given 48 hours to explain his comments to the party leadership, or he may face disciplinary action.
In a statement, the party emphasized the need for clarification regarding his purported support for Abdullah.
