Families of CRPF Soldiers Killed in Pulwama Attack Demand Proof of Militants Killed in Air Strike

The family of Ram Vakil, one of the CRPF troopers killed in the Pulwama attack echoing the opposition parties asked the Narendra Modi led Government to show proof of the Air strikes conducted by the Indian Air Force inside Pakistan territory.

Ramrakhsa, the sister of Ram Vakil in a video that has gone viral over Social media has asked the Government to prove its claims of killing ‘250’ Militants as claimed by Amit Shah, the BJP president during an election rally.

“They must show us proof, otherwise we will not trust the Government,” Ramraksha is heard saying. The brother of the deceased soldier said the Government asked us to wait for a proof when Ram Vakil was killed in the Pulwama attack. “We had his dead body as the proof that he had died, we demand a similar proof of the air strike.”

The opposition has taken a dig at the ruling BJP Government for politicizing the Air strikes. A BJP prominent member, in fact, went on to say that BJP will get majority of seats in the South Indian state of Karnataka after the Air strikes.

The Indian Government on the intervening night of 25th and 26 February claimed to have conducted Air strikes and bombed Jaish camps in Pakistan, the claim however was refuted by Pakistan.

On Wednesday, Satellite imagery has revealed that the camp in Balakot which Indian Air Force and Modi Government claimed to have destroyed in the air strikes is still intact, proving the Indian claims to be hoax.

Meanwhile several politicians including the International media have accused Modi- led Government of using the air strikes to woo voters ahead of the upcoming elections in Indial.
