Clashes erupted as scores of youth hit the streets of Pudshoo in Lukadpora area of South Kashmir that falls between the Pulwama and Kulgam District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that hundreds of youth from Hariwath, Sehpora, Nehama and several adjoining areas hit the streets on Saturday evening as soon as the firing at encounter site stopped.
The Forces fired tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters, however the clashes were going on when this report was filed.
Meanwhile firing has stopped at the encounter site, one Militant has been killed so far, A Police official told The Kashmiriyat.
He denied the reports of protests.
