Secretary PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control & DMRRR, Farooq Ahmad Shah has applied for voluntary retirement from services and is likely to join National Conference.
According to sources Shah applied to the retirement and has communicated same to higher authorities.

Sources also confirmed that Shah is likely to join NC in coming days.
