Four Government Force personnel have been injured in a gunfight that broke our between Militants and Government Forces in Nowgam Sector along Line of Control that divides Kashmir between India and Pakistan.
Reports revealed that the gunfight began when a Group of Militants was intercepted by Army near the Sangam Post in Nowgam Sector along the LOC early morning on Thursday.
In the exchange of fire, four Army men sustained injuries and were shifted to the hospital for treatment.
A heated exchange of gunfire was on when this report was filed.
