Four shops gutted in a fire mishap near at Batengoo area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that around 2 am, a fire erupted from a shop in the Batengoo area which spread to the nearby shops leaving goods worth lakhs of rupees damaged.
They said that before the fire tenders could control the fire، four shops had been damaged۔
The cause of the fire was not immediately known however we are ascertaining the facts, an official told The Kashmiriyat while confirming the incident.
