Fresh Snowfall in Kashmir Parts- Highway and Air Traffic Suspended

The fresh snowfall in Kashmir valley has forces the suspension of road and air connectivity of the valley with the rest of the world.

“Due to fresh snowfall, the traffic movement on Srinagar-Jammu highway has been suspended at Jawahar Tunnel,” a Traffic official told The Kashmiriyat.

Meanwhile, the snowfall has led to cancellation of flights at the airport.

Due to snowfall Spicejet 161; Air Asia all flights; Go Air 129 have been cancelled.

The air traffic will be restored once the weather improves, an airport official said.
