While the Separtist leadership in Kashmir has called for a Badami Bagh chalo, South Kashmir is n a grim mood, as hundreds of civilians are seen moving towards the houses of three Militants and seven civilians killed in the Sirnoo area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District on Saturday.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that despite restrictions and shutdown, people including women in droves of dozens and hundreds are moving towards the houses of slain to express solidarity with the families.
People in large numbers including local clerics are seen marching towards the graveyards to offer Fateh Khawani, where slain youth have been laid to rest.
The Government has imposed restrictions in Srinagar and said the restrictions were imposed to not allow people to march towards the Badami Bagh camp of India Army in Srinagar, however here in South Kashmir, hundreds of people are still visiting the houses of slain youth.
Meanwhile Mobile internet services and Railway services have also been barred in most of the areas of Kashmir valley including Pulwama District.
