
General Officer Commanding (GOC) Victor Force Major General Rashim Bali visited South Kashmir’s Yateem Welfare Society, distributed Books Clothes and food items among Orphans in Pulwama.
GOC was accompanied by Officer’s and they visited a Orphan Trust namely “Kashmir Yateem Welfare Society” located at South Kashmiri’s Washbugh area of Pulwama, interacted with students there.
He distributed all essential items like, food, clothes, books and sports items among these orphan students and assures them what else they required will be provided on priority basis.
Local populace hails this effort by top army official towards these orphans and said, his people friendly behaviour have changed youth in Pulwama.
After Taking charge of GOC, he helped various youth, financially, educationally and in sports sector at South Kashmir’s districts and is popular among masses in Pulwama.
GOC said, by conducting such programs, will reduce gap and build good relationship between the army and the youth of valley which would strengthen peace, progress and prosperity.
