The guidelines for ‘Unlock 4’ will be in force from 1st September to 30th September. The Metro train services will become operational from 7th September in graded manners, said Ministry of Railways (MOR).
Schools, colleges and other educational institutions will remain shut under Unlock 4, the Union Home Ministry said.
Also, from 21 September onwards, entertainment, academic, social, sports, cultural, religious, political functions and other congregations will be permitted to function with the involvement of 100 people
The guidelines also state that open air theatres will be allowed from 21st September. However, schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions will remain closed for students and regular class activity till 30th September.
The following shall be permitted outside containment zones: (i) Cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres (excluding open-air theatre) and similar places. (ii) International air travel of passengers, except as permitted by MHA.
Lockdown will continue to be implemented strictly in the containment zones till 30th September.
