The Government of Jammu Kashmir has the Wazzas (Wazwaan Cooks) to get themselves registered with Food and Safety authority of Jammu Kashmir.
Commissioner Food Safety has issued an advisory asking the cooks to get themselves registered with immediate effect in their respective locations with the Department.
The advisory has asked people to not allow unauthorized cooks and not to allow them to use colouring agents in the Wazwaan.
