Two CRPF personnel and a civilian were injured after unknown persons lobbed a grenade in Palhalan chowk in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
A police officer confirming the incident to The Kashmiriyat said that militants on Wednesday morning hurled a grenade on CRPF party in Palhalan, causing injuries to two CRPF men and a civilian.
The injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the civilian injured in the attack has been identified as Tameel Ahamd Bhat, a student of class 05. Government forces in large numbers reached to spot and launched a cordon and search operation to nab the attackers.
