Six people were injured when Unknown persons hurled a grenade on a Police post near Sherbagh area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) district.
Sources informed The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday noon unknown persons hurled a grenade on Police post in Sherbagh, however the grenade exploded near the gate of the post.
The explosion caused injuries to at least six people who are being treated at the nearby hospital, Hospital officials told The Kashmiriyat.
A Police official confirming the attack said, “Six people including two women, three men and one CRPF trooper have been injured in an explosion near Sherbagh of Islamabad (Anantnag) township.
