Grenade Attack in Sopore, 3 CRPF troopers Injured

Unknown persons lobbed a grenade on a patrolling party of Central Reserve Police Forces at Sangrama area of Sopore on tuesday.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that unknown persons hurled a grenade on a patrolling party of 177 BN of CRPF resulting into injuries to at three CRPF man.

A Local informed The Kashmiriyat that a massive explosion was heard creating panic among locals in the area.

The Senior superintendent of Police confirmed the incident to The Kashmiriyat and said three CRPF men have sustained minor injuries and have been rushed to the hospital.

Meanwhile one civilian has also sustained injuries and the Forces have launched a search operation around the Sangrama area to nab the attackers.
