Unknown gunmen wearing masks on Wednesday decamped with a 12-bore rifle after looting with cash of around two lakh rupees from a bank inChandanpora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that unknown gunmen barged into the J-K Bank branch located in Chandanpora and decamped with two lakh rupees and a 12-bore rifle of a bank security guard.
The security guard whose rifle has been snatched has been identified as Abdul Rashid Sofi resident of Sanoor Kalipora.
They said that a team of Police has rushed towards the spot.
