On Wednesday, the interim Prime Minister Claude Joseph has said that the President of Haiti was shot dead in his private residence.
In a statement released today, Joseph said that a group of unidentified individuals attacked the private resident of President Jovenel Moise overnight and shot him dead.
It has been reported that Moise’s wife was wounded in the attack.
Details on the incident are yet awaited
