The Jammu Kashmir Police on Tuesday claimed to have recovered a heroine like substance from Larnoo area of Islamabad (anantnag) district in South Kashmir.
A Police official told The Kashmiriyat that at around 5pm on a specific information SDPO kokernag along with SHO Larnoo conducted a raid and successfully recovered heroine like substance approximately weighing 500 grams.
The consignment had arrived from Mir Bazaar through a drug dealer and the deal was being done in the house of drug dealer (Working in health department )resident of Bidhard, in the Larnoo area of District Annatnag.
The accused was arrested on the spot.
In this connection case FIR No.49/2020 under relevant sections of law stands registered in Police Station Larnoo and further investigation into the matter has been set into motion.
