The Kulgam District in South Kashmir is mourning the death of the oldest Militant commander, Altaf Ahmed Dar and his colleague, Umar Rashid Wani who were killed in a gunfight on Wednesday.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that hundreds of people are visiting the family of Altaf Ahmed Dar in Hawoora and Umar Rashid in Khudwani Kulgam to express their condolences to the bereaved families.

People including women and men are visiting the houses of slain Militants for the second consecutive day despite restrictions and shutdown.
