The Joint Resistance Leadership in Kashmir has called for a complete shutdown on Friday against the unabated arrests in the Kashmir valley.
In a statement issued by the JRL, it has asked people of Kashmir valley to observed shutdown against the slapping of PSA on Yasin Malik, the JKLF chairman, who is also a member of JRL.
Yasin Malik, who was arrested on 22 February was slapped with draconian Public safety act on Thursday morning and shifted to a Jammu jail.
