The Chief of Jammu Kashmir Police on the crucial day of Friday has said that Hurriyat leaders are free to go anywhere they want.
“They have been released from detention, but they will be responsible for any Law and order situation and their actions,” he told.
Hurriyat leaders have been imprisoned from past few years and their political activities have been barred.
In what is believed to be an expected move, the government as per a leading Newspaper of Srinagar will watch how its decision to free the leadership will impact the feeling of anger and resentment in the Kashmir valley.
Pertinently there has been a drastic rise in the number of Youth joining Militancy in the past few weeks.
