The case of the killing of four IAF personnel involving Mohammed Yasin Malik was heard on Tuesday.
As per news reports, All accused including Yasin Malik were present virtually in the case from the year 1990.
Yasin demanded he demanded a physical hearing and mailed the same to the court, Monika Kohli, CBI lawyer said.
The court has heard his plea and said that it will cross-examine the witnesses after being present personally.
The final order on the same is yet to come. The next date of hearing is 19th October, said Monika Kohli, CBI lawyer.
