
Scores of Residents of Goripora Kakran in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district expressed resentment over the ill drainage system of Sonman Canal.
The protesting residents said that for the last ten years, the administration had not done anything good for the public of Goripora Kakran.
The protesting old man said that the village was in a critical condition.

“We want the damaged bund to be mended to prevent any loss.”
Another protester said that they woke up at 4 am and saw the drainage failure. “We appeal the DC Kulgam to look into the matter and solve the pending demand,” he added.
