In view of the incessant rains, authorities have ordered for closure of schools in Ramban district for two days.
“In view of prevailing inclement weather conditions and chances of heavy rainfall, it is hereby ordered that all Government/ Private educational institutions functioning in District Ramban shall remain closed on 20th & 21st of July, 2023 from Class-1st to Class-10th,” reads an order issued by CEO Ramban, a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir Scroll.
“However, the teaching staff shall attend school duty for carrying out routine works.” It reads further.(KS)
