Independence Day Celebrated at Army Goodwill School, Sopore

On the occasion of 75th Independence Day, the Indian Flag was unfurled at AGS Sopore by the teaching staff and students of AGS Sopore.

The event commenced with an inaugural speech by the Principal and followed by the patriotic song ‘Ae Watan’ by the students, and finally culminating with the singing of the National Anthem.

A total of 20 teachers and 60 students participated in the event. The students shared their cultural heritage displaying the unique diaspora, integrity, and unity in diversity truly signifying the bond of solidarity, love, affection, and respect.
