The Indian Army on Wednesday organized an ‘All Women’ car rally at the Army Goodwill School in the Balapora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
The rally, as per the Indian Army, was the first of its kind to be organized in the South Kashmir district and was attended by several women.
The aim of the rally was to empower women of the Kashmir valley, they said, adding, such rallies would be organized in the future as well.
Several girls wearing college uniforms were seen participating in the event organized by the Indian Army.
