An Indian Flag fell down while being hoisted during republic day parade in Rajouri district of Jammu Kashmir.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the flag while being unfurled fell down in Rajouri on eve of republic day on Saturday.
The republic day function was being led by the DC of Rajouri and the top Police officials.
The Policemen deployed near the podium upon witnessing the flag fall rushed and attached it to the post.
The last year, the tri-colour fell to the ground after BJP chief Amit Shah tried to unfurl it at the party headquarters in New Delhi.
Meanwhile military setup has been beefed up across Kashmir valley especially in the summer capital Srinagar in view of the Republic Day of India (January 26) function to be held here.
All the entry and exit points under close vigil while some important roads suspended for vehicular movement.
