Intense Stone throwing clashes erupted between protests and Government Forces in Soura Locality of Srinagar as the area goes to polls today.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that youth hurled stones on the troops deployed in the area who fired tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters.
The Clashes were going on when this report was filed.
The Kashmir region has witnessed less than 6 per cent voting for the first three phases of Urban Local body polls, the fourth phase is being held today
