When Mobile phones have reached into the nooks and corners of the Kashmir world, Many Villages are still facing the problem of poor network signals.
The residents of Watrigam and Wanihama area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District have complained that the customers of Airtel and Jio are suffering immensely due to poor network connectivity.
While talking The Kashmiriyat, a local resident Ansar Ahmad said, “We face a lot of problems due to constant call drops and weak Signals in our area.”
He said that in this digital era, Jio and Airtel service providers have failed to provide healthy services in the area due to which the customers face lot of problems.
“Submitting online forms, electricity bills and e-banking at our destination have become a distant dream as the internet connections are too slow,” another resident told The Kashmiriyat.
He added that people fail to use the full data, as the internet speed always remain very slow due to the weak signals.
The residents appealed the Jio and Airtel authorities to take a serious concern and solve the problems as soon as possible.
