After an encounter broke out in the forests of Poonch district earlier today, where 4-5 militants were believed to be trapped, it has come to the fore that 5 army personnel have been killed.
Reports emerging earlier had suggested that a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) and 4 army personnel were “critically” injured during the exchange of fire, but the new reports tell that the 5 have been killed.
