
The Jammu Kashmir Bank authorities has ordered the closure of J&K Bank’s Narbal branch in Central Kashmir’s Narbal area Budgam after four of its staff members tested positive for Covid-19.
The bank has already closed various branches across Valley after some of the employees were tested positive for Covid-19.
A Bank official told news agency Kashmir News Trust that the branch had been closed as a precautionary measure after four employees of the branch tested Covid-19 positive.
He said all those who may have come into contact with the infected employees have been asked to go for Covid-19 test.
He advised the people to avoid visiting the branch till further notice. (KNT)
