In a solemn tribute, DG Jammu Kashmir Police R.R. Swain, Chairperson PWWA Prof. Rasmita Das Swain, and IGP Kashmir V.K. Birdhi visited the family of the late DSP Humayun Muzamil Bhat, a Kirti Chakra Awardee.
The delegation honored the fallen officer, recognizing his exceptional bravery and compassion.
Their visit to Ms. Fatima Humayun and their young son highlighted the enduring respect and love for DysP Himayun.
The officers remarked, “Though DSP Humayun is no longer with us, his memory continues to inspire. His dedication to family and the people of Kashmir remains a testament to the unbreakable bond within the J&K Police.”
