On Thursday, at around 6 p.m., Joint sec. Ministry of Electronics (Central Prabhari of aspirational District Baramulla) along with Joint Director planning, CMO Baramulla visited PHC Boniyar with an aim to see the work culture and facilities at the border area.
They were welcomed by BMO Boniyar, after which they took stock of all the facilities being provided to the patients of border area by the Health Department.
He appreciated BMO Boniyar and his staff for their efforts to make PHC Boniyar a high tech advanced PHC, which doesn’t compare to any other in the country. On camera, he also endorsed that PHC Boniyar is doing very good to its capacities/level in limited infrastructure.
He was very happy to see the free drugs counter of JKMSCL established by BMO Boniyar, where free medicine to general public are provided. Er room and it’s functioning were appraised /appreciated. He assured that PHC Boniyar’s status will be upgraded to the SDH.
