Tassaduq Jeelani of the Special Secretary Social Welfare Department was admitted to JVC, Bemina – Srinagar.
He was admitted to the hospital on the 14th of July and later shifted to the ICU as he was diabetic and that caused critical health conditions. Principal JVC, Dr.
Riyaz confirmed that Tassaduq Jeelani died battling COVID-19 and the cause of death was Cardio Pulmonary Arrest. Shahid Choudhary, the District Magistrate and Development Commissioner also tweeted on the demise of his colleague, Tassaduq Jeelani.
