Pertaining to wet weather, the Government of Jammu Kashmir has postponed the reopening of Colleges to February 21.
The Divisional Commissioner Baseer Ahmad Khan said all colleges across the Kashmir division scheduled to reopen tomorrow after winter vacations will now reopen on Thursday February 21.
Kashmir is likely to experience wet weather from tomorrow (Monday).

Meanwhile the Islamic University of Science and Technology has deferred the reopening of classes to Wednesday 20th February 2019.
