
A 21-year-old Kashmiri student was found dead at his paying guest in Karnataka’s Bengaluru on Sunday.
The incident occurred in Northeastern Bengaluru’s Yalahanka, following which the police rushed to the spot and shifted the youth to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
The body was later sent for a post-mortem and the information was passed to the family.
The deceased, identified as Tanveer, a second-year BSc student at REVA University and a native of Kashmir’s Budgam district, was found hanging in his room in the morning, according to the police, who have also discovered a suicide note, in which the deceased held no one responsible for his extreme step.
The police have initiated legal proceedings into the matter and are awaiting the autopsy report.–(RepublicTv)
