
Sana Fayaz, a Kashmiri woman from Peer Bagh area of Srinagar, secured the 12th All India Rank (AIR) in the Indian Forest Service exam conducted by UPSC.
Among 147 successful candidates, Sana’s dedication shines through her accomplishment.
Sana’s journey to success is marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence. She attended Presentation Convent Higher Secondary School and later pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree from NIT Srinagar.
Her passion for environmental conservation led her to earn a postgraduate degree in Climate Change Studies.
Despite initial setbacks, Sana persevered in her Civil Services journey, attempting both the JKAS and UPSC exams in 2017.
In 2021, she achieved success in both exams, highlighting her resilience.
