Bollywood actress who has often resorted to an Anti- Muslim rhetoric has hired a Muslim Lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui in Mumbai. The actress approached the high court through her advocate Rizwan Siddiqui seeking a stay on the demolition process, Following which, the Bombay High Court ordered a stop to the demolition and served notice to the BMC.

Rizwan Siddiqui, the famous lawyer has said that justice shall prevail in the case. A day after ordering a stay on the demolition of the Manikarnika actor’s Pali Hill office, the Bombay High Court has adjourned the matter until September 22.
The official Twitter account Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel was also suspended by the social media platform following an incendiary post targeting Muslims, where she asked to “shoot them dead”. She had also said In her tweet, she said “Make these Mullas+ Secular media to stand in line and shoot them dead. F**kthe history they may call us Nazis but life is more important than a image.”
Kangana Ranaut tweeted a fake interview claiming actor Aamir Khan was an extremist for insisting that his children would only follow Islam. This interview tweeted by Ranaut falsely quotes Khan as saying that irrespective of his wife being a Hindu, his children would only follow the Islamic religion and has been called out as fake in the past by the actor’s team.
It has been weeks of controvery and many lawyers reportedly refused to take up Kangana’s case, before Rizwan Siddiqui took up her case.
He has said in an inteview that the BMC’s own affidavit does not rely on any document to show that construction was taking place. He went on to say that the truth will come out in the amendment to the writ petition which will be filed on September 14. Kangana’s legal counsel also reiterated that the compensation for all the damages caused to her would be recovered.
Siddiqui in the past has represented celebrities like Kangana Ranaut in her case against Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra in another case and a struggling model who had filed a case against a senior IPS officer alleging rape.
